RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. We shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if SHEFORMS has begun to perform the contract after the Customer:

1. has expressly consented to SHEFORMS beginning performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period,

2. has confirmed awareness that consent to the commencement of performance results in the loss of the right of withdrawal, and

3. has been provided by SHEFORMS with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (e.g., by email) that reproduces this consent.

Note: Since access to the Program is activated immediately upon purchase, we ask for the above consent during the checkout process. Once access is activated, the right of withdrawal expires.
